A Big Day!

My first ever book!

November 3rd 2025 will always be a special day for me. After many years, my dream of writing and publishing a children's book has finally come true and I am able to hold my first ever copy in my hands! Within a couple of weeks, you will be able to buy copies of both this story and the next, The Snowbunny Saga. Who We Are

Hi! My name is Lisa and I am really excited finally to be fulfilling my dream of becoming a children's author! I am a retired teacher/school leader, who simply loves words and books. I firmly believe that children should be both exposed to rich vocabulary from the earliest age and also given opportunities to actively participate during story times. I hope that the Binkyhop Bunny babies will appeal to all children and I equally hope that parents and grandparents will enjoy their adventures, too!

The Binkyhop Bunnies were originally knitted toys that I created for my first granddaughter, My husband, Jon, suggested that I write some stories about them, which is exactly what I did (and continue to do)!
